This role offers hands-on exposure to IT support, service delivery, Microsoft 365 administration, asset management, and IT operations within a leading global healthcare organization.\nWhat You'll Work On\nProvide first-line support for hardware, software, and Microsoft 365-related issues.\nLog, monitor, and update support tickets using IT service management tools.\nAssist with configuring and deploying laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.\nSupport employee onboarding and offboarding, including equipment allocation and account setup.\nAssist with user account administration, password resets, and access requests.\nMaintain IT asset inventories and equipment records.\nUpdate IT documentation, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures.\nFollow up on incidents and service requests to ensure timely resolution.\nAssist with testing new hardware, software, and technology solutions.\nSupport IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives.\nDeliver professional, customer-focused support to end users.\n\nQualifications\nMinimum Requirements\nGrade 12 (Matric).\nDiploma or Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, ICT, or a related field.\nRelevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, N+, or S+ will be advantageous.\nNo previous work experience required.\nCandidates with internship, learnership, practical training, or
