You will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, managing logistics performance, investigating operational issues, and working closely with both internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver exceptional service to our customers.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a logistics professional who enjoys problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, process improvement, and working within a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAct as the primary point of contact between Abbott and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.\nCoordinate inbound receiving, warehouse storage, inventory management, and outbound distribution activities.\nMonitor day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure service levels and operational KPIs are achieved.\nEnsure compliance with agreed service levels, contractual obligations, and operational procedures.\nCoordinate inventory transfers between physical and system stock locations.\nLiaise with warehouse partners to resolve operational issues and drive continuous improvement.\nMaintain inventory accuracy through daily stock reconciliation activities.\nMonitor and review cycle count results and inventory adjustment activities.\nInvestigate and resolve stock discrepancies, damaged goods, inventory losses, and stock variances.\nCoordinate transportation requirements for inbound and outbound shipments.\nWork closely with freight carriers and transport providers to ensure efficient movement of goods.\nMonitor freight performance, delivery timelines, and service outcomes.\nRequirements\nMinimum 3 years' experience in a logistics, warehouse, or supply chain role.\nExperience coordinating and managing relationships with third-party logistics providers.\nPrevious experience using SAP or similar ERP systems.\nExperience investigating and resolving customer complaints related to logistics, inventory, or order fulfilment.\nStrong analytical and reporting skills.\nExcellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nLocation\nThis position is based in Macquarie Park, NSW.\nFollow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
