This role oversees critical data projects, fosters cross-functional and vendor partnerships, and ensures effective management of data warehouses, data lakes, and governance standards. By leveraging advanced analytical tools and techniques, the Manager transforms complex and diverse data sources into actionable insights, enabling data-driven decision-making and delivering measurable business impact.\nUp to 25% travel, including domestic and international\nThis is an onsite opportunity in Alameda, CA.\nWhat You’ll Work On\nLead and develop a team of Data Analysts, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and related professionals, providing direction, coaching, and performance feedback.\nOversee day-to-day team operations, resource allocation, and project execution to ensure timely and effective delivery of analytics solutions.\nSupport the development and implementation of data analytics strategies and digital transformation initiatives that align with business objectives.\nPartner with business leaders, cross-functional teams, and external vendors to identify opportunities, drive adoption of data-driven solutions, and deliver business value.\nManage the planning and execution of business data projects, including project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource needs.\nServe as a key analytics partner to stakeholders, communicating insights and recommendations that support decision-making.\nApply and uphold data governance standards, supporting data quality, integrity, security, and effective management of enterprise data assets.\nLeverage AI, analytical tools, automation, statistical methods, and emerging technologies to generate actionable insights and improve business processes.\nPromote best practices, continuous improvement, and ongoing learning within the analytics function and broader organization.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field preferred.\n4 to 6 years of experience in AI, data analytics, business intelligence, data science, data engineering, or a related field.\nDemonstrated experience in AI-driven data analysis, data visualization, data modeling, and data management best practices.\nProficiency with analytical methods, statistical techniques, and data analysis tools.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with a high attention to detail.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams and stakeholders.\nSolid understanding of data architectures, data flows, data governance, and emerging data technologies and capabilities.\nExperience translating complex data into actionable business insights and recommendations.\nProven project management experience, including planning, prioritization, and successful delivery of data-driven initiatives.\nRelevant certifications in analytics, data management, cloud technologies, or project management are a plus.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster’s Degree\nThe base pay for this position is\n$114,000.00 -
