It’sa welcoming place to live, work, and explore.\nWe are currently recruiting for a Process Engineering Technician to join our team. The role will involve the following responsibilities:\nPrimary Function\nResponsible for the hands-onoperation and maintenance of critical plant, utilities, and equipment.\n\nMaximise availability of FUE (Facilities, Utilities & Equipment) and carry out day-to-daypreventative and demand maintenance activities.\n\nSupport manufacturing, facilities, electrical systems, and associated processes.\n\nEnsure all critical plant services and processes are maintainedto the highest standards.\n\nOversee daily maintenance of Clean-in-Place(CIP) process skids and related equipment.\n\nLiaise with internal and external engineering personnel and contract maintenance providers for troubleshooting, installation, and commissioning of equipment related to critical FUE or process equipment in manufacturing areas.\n\nContribute to the Energy Management Programme and support initiatives to reduce energy usage and costs.\n\nMajor Responsibilities\nPerform daily preventative and demand maintenance activities.\n\nCoordinate and oversee external contractors performing maintenance or breakdown services.\n\nTroubleshoot, fault-find, and maintainequipment and plant systems to ensure proper operation and service levels.\n\nDevelop a strong understanding of cleanroom HVAC systems, equipment, and utilities to diagnose and resolve issues.\n\nResolve technical problems efficiently to support operations.\n\nEnsure equipment and systems meet legal, divisional, and corporate standards.\n\nMaintain high safety standards and adhere to safe working practices.\n\nCommunicate effectively with plant management, corporate teams, and divisional engineering.\n\nEducation\nA relevant third-levelqualification in Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline, or a recognised trade qualification with relevant experience, is requiredto support the responsibilities of this role with a minimum of 3years experience in a similar role.
