Operations Specialist

The Opportunity

We are looking for an Operations Specialist to join our Warehouse & Distribution team. In this role, you will support daily warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring efficient order processing, transportation coordination, inventory accuracy, and compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily order processing and warehouse activities.
• Manage inbound, outbound, and dispatch operations.
• Coordinate delivery routes and transportation schedules with approved carriers.
• Support urgent and same-day deliveries when needed.
• Ensure compliance with packaging, labeling, and transportation requirements.
• Monitor packaging material availability and stock replenishment.
• Maintain accurate operational records and system data.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
• Good computer skills and ability to work with operational systems.
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent Greek

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare logistics.
• Forklift certification or experience.
• English language skills.
