Every day, more than 10 million tests are run on Abbott’s diagnostics instruments, providing lab results for millions of people.\nOur diagnostic solutions are used in hospitals, laboratories and clinics around the globe. The crucial information derived from our tests, instruments and informatics systems are often the first step in patient care decision making for hundreds of health conditions from heart attacks to blood disorders to infectious diseases and cancers.\nWhat You’ll Do\nManage order processing activities for assigned countries and distributors, ensuring timely and accurate order entry in SAP.\nMonitor order flow, IDOC processing, approvals, and resolve order discrepancies in coordination with relevant stakeholders.\nCoordinate backorders, product changes, and shipment schedules with distributors, planning teams, Customer Service, and Sales teams.\nSupport contract administration processes, including instrument, rental, sales, and related agreements.\nServe as the primary contact for distributors regarding orders, delivery dates, product availability, invoicing, and required documentation.\nCollaborate with Finance, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to support payment follow-up, account reconciliation, and complaint resolution.\nMonitor SAP system updates and process changes, ensuring smooth implementation and business continuity.\nSupport third-party purchasing (PTP) processes, including purchase orders, invoice tracking, and supplier payment coordination.\nMaintain customs and trade compliance documentation, including bonded warehouse and import declaration entries.\nPrepare and provide operational reports and relevant business information to management and cross-functional teams.\nProvide ongoing support to Sales teams regarding order management processes, policies, and procedures.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.\nMinimum 1 year of experience in Order Management, Customer Service, Logistics Operations, or a similar role within a multinational environment.\nSAP knowledge is preferred.\nGood understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.\nBasic understanding of financial and accounting principles.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nFluent in English, both written and spoken.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.\nPreferred Qualifications\nStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
