This position will work with the business stakeholders, development teams, design and other cross functional teams to facilitate their product area roadmap, and drive the product development. Their responsible product area could be a set of digital solutions or customer experiences. The product manager will drive the business requirement gathering, understand the problem space, define user stories, acceptance criteria, and ultimately verify that the work generated by the development teams meets the stakeholders’ requirements. The Product Manager will support the product teams by participating in projects of low to medium complexity. This position supports ensuring that business, user, and technology needs are met through continuous analysis, iteration, solutioning, and delivery.\nWhat You'll Work On\nInclude, but are not limited to, the following:\nSupport being the voice of the customer for stakeholders for one product area to ensure their needs are heard and that the delivery teams are getting the support needed.\n\nTranslate user and business needs into high-level requirements for work assignments of low to medium complexity by utilizing a structured process for gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing change to assess and recommend solutions based on cost vs. benefit analysis and parallels to overall business strategy.\n\nAssist in defining acceptance criteria for product features of low to medium complexity, and ensuring they are understood by the delivery team.\n\nDefine key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success. Monitor product performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to improve product outcomes.\n\nMaintain detailed documentation, such as gap analyses, business process flow charts, decision tables, features, and business requirements document to aid in the development and refinement of new analytical tools and processes.\n\nProvide input and support during implementation phase, composing standard operating procedures (SOPs), and participating in design reviews and walk throughs.\n\nCollaborate closely with Quality Engineering (QE) to ensure the product meets high standards of quality, performance and reliability by defining the product requirements and acceptance criteria, which are then used by the QE team to develop test plans and test cases.\n\nMonitor product performance after implementation to ensure efficiency of operations and proactively provide continuous improvement recommendations.\n\nCollaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product development and launch.\n\nFacilitate communication and alignment across departments to achieve product goals.\n\nActively participate in all squad ceremonies.\n\nReview work completed by the squad, provide feedback, and accept work, as applicable.\n\nAssist in the management of the product backlog by grooming and prioritizing, while ensuring work is in line with product strategy and OKRs.\n\nDevelop and maintain relationships with customers and business partners to drive satisfaction.\n\nAbility to collaborate and operate in a cross-cultural and complex matrixed environment to build consensus across functions.\n\nCommunicate product updates and releases to internal and external stakeholders.\n\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.\n\nUphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork.\n\nAbility to act with an inclusion mindset and model these behaviors for the organization.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Marketing, Business, Finance or field as outlined in the essential duties; or High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 4 years of relevant experience as outlined in the essential duties in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree.\n\n4+ years of relevant professional experience as outlined in the essential duties.\n\nFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools\n\nExperience in Validation System support, Good Manufacturing Practices, QA, and Supply Chain\n\nDemonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.\n\nAuthorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrior experiencing supporting or working in Customer Care/Call Center\n\nProficiency with Jira and ServiceNow\n\nExperience supporting faxing and telephony technology, such as Five9, Calabrio, and Concord Fax\n\nThe base pay for this position is\n$61,300.00 -
