Our 122,000 colleagues serve people in more than 160 countries.JOB DESCRIPTION:\nProject Manager\nCardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) Delivery Systems\nMain Purpose of the Role\nLead cross-functional product development teams in the planning and execution of complex cardiovascular medical device product development projects, ensuring alignment with technical, clinical, regulatory, quality, schedule, and business objectives.\nManage projects in accordance with the organization's product development and project management methodologies. Develop, maintain, and communicate project plans, timelines, budgets, resource requirements, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful execution from concept through commercialization.\nDrive project team alignment, facilitate decision-making, and ensure timely resolution of issues impacting project performance. Take ownership for achieving project deliverables while balancing scope, cost, schedule, quality, and regulatory requirements.\nMain Responsibilities\nLead a cross-functional team responsible for a subsystem of a large-scale new product development project under the supervision of program management leader\nLead key sustaining programs to maintain business supply continuity, such as supplier changes, market-released product component changes, and obsolescence.\nTrack and trend component supply for key product development programs and manage ongoing relationships with external suppliers so that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.\nDevelop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, resource forecasts, and key performance metrics.\nMonitor project progress and performance against established objectives, identifying and proactively addressing risks, issues, and barriers to execution.
