This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, mitigating risks, and ensuring stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.\nKey Responsibilities\nDefine project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders\nDevelop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets\nLead cross-functional teams to successfully deliver project outcomes\nMonitor progress, track milestones, and adjust plans as needed\nIdentify risks and implement mitigation strategies\nManage project resources effectively, including personnel and budget\nCommunicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and leadership\nEnsure alignment with organizational goals, quality standards, and best practices\nFacilitate meetings, maintain documentation, and ensure project governance\nDrive continuous improvement through lessons learned and process optimization\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in SW Engineering/Electrical Engineering or a related field\n Minimum 4+ years of project management experience (varies by level) with SW or HW project management\nProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously\nStrong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nExperience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet)\nFamiliarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid)\nPreferred Qualifications\nProject Management Professional (PMP), Agile certification\nExperience in Medical Device industry, with SW project management experience\nStrong stakeholder management and negotiation skills\nExperience with budgeting and financial tracking\nKey Competencies\nCommunication\nAttention to detail\nAdaptability and resilience\nSelf Starter\nLeadership and team collaboration\nStrategic thinking and decision-making\nTime management and prioritization\nRisk management\nWork Environment\nTypically operates in an office setting\nMay require occasional travel depending on project needs\nFast-paced, deadline-driven environment\nSuccess Metrics\nOn-time and on-budget project delivery\nStakeholder satisfaction\nQuality of deliverables\nEffective risk mitigation\nTeam performance and engagement\nThe base pay for this position is\n$99,300.00 -
