Everything we build, including the software you'd be leading, exists to move that mission forward.\nAs a Senior Application Analyst - Epic Beaker/EpicCare Link, you will work on business systems design and configuration, Upgrades, and improvements for assigned technology platforms. As a primary support contact for application end-users, the Senior Application Analyst - Epic Beaker/EpicCare Link will work to identify issues that arise in the application area, as well as issues that impact other application teams and work to resolve them. The Senior Application Analyst - Epic Beaker/EpicCare Link will perform impact analysis of desired changes, build and test systems changes, and identify areas of improvement associated with platform performance and opportunities to enable business processes and requirements.\nThe Senior Application Analyst - Epic Beaker/EpicCare Link will act as a mentor to more junior analysts on the team, support questions and may delegate activities to other analysts.\nEssential Duties\nInclude, but are not limited to, the following:\nLead the estimation of enhancement or support requests.\nGuide workflow design, configure and test system changes, and analyze technical issues.\nLiaise with business systems stakeholders and software vendor’s implementation staff, ensuring alignment of business needs with delivery of systems changes.\nDevelop an understanding of operational needs to set the direction for the organization's workflows; or high school degree/general education diploma and 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of Bachelor’s degree.\n5+ years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions, either in an application analyst or project delivery role and Subject Matter Expert in one or more of the following areas: patient identification workflows in the healthcare setting, revenue cycle, CRM & MyChart, Patient Registration, or lab order entry.\nPossession of or ability to obtain relevant Epic software application(s) certification within 8 weeks of hire.\nAuthorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.\nDemonstrated ability to perform the Essential Duties of the position with or without accommodation.\nPreferred Qualifications\nCurrent certification in Epic Beaker CP or EpicCare Link.\nAdditional relevant Epic certifications, such as Epic Genomics, Epic Aura, Epic Beaker AP, Epic Ambulatory, or Epic Orders.\nExperience supporting or configuring Epic Aura workflows, especially from the perspective of a reference lab.\nExperience working in a health system, reference laboratory, biotechnology, or life sciences environment.\nExperience supporting multiple Epic applications and cross-functional Epic workflows.\nExperience supporting clinical laboratory operations, pathology, genetics, or oncology workflows.\nExperience leading medium-to-large Epic projects, upgrades, workflow optimizations, or major application enhancements.\nWe are an equal employment opportunity employer.
