Define critical assets and prioritize reliability efforts based on risk and impact.\nRoot Cause Analysis (RCA); Investigate equipment failures and production issues. Make recommendations and implement them based on RCA findings\nPreventive and Predictive Maintenance; Review maintenance activities to reduce unplanned downtime. Update maintenance programs based on recent trends and investigations\nData Analysis & Performance Monitoring; Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and potential issues. Trend MTBF and MTTR metrics to identify bad actors.\nContinuous Improvement; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve equipment design and operational procedures. Create documentation like CRs, FSIs, etc. to implement changes. Lead initiatives to reduce costs, improve uptime, and enhance safety. Work with Project Engineering and Division to introduce new pieces of equipment.\nRisk Management; Assess risks associated with equipment failure and develop mitigation plans. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.\nTraining & Knowledge Sharing; Work with Engineering techs to train maintenance and on reliability best practices. Promote a culture of reliability across the organization.\nYou’ll be accountable for meeting our compliance standards including FDA, OSHA and Abbott policies and procedures.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering\n5+ years of experience with heavy machinery in a regulated environment\n\nIn compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
