Company.\nPurpose of the Role:\nThe Process Engineer is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations through the administration and continuous improvement of production equipment maintenance systems, monitoring production performance, and ensuring compliance with quality and operational standards.\nThis role plays a key part in maintaining efficient manufacturing processes, supporting non-conformance investigations, and driving a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence.\nThis role will be based at our TPM in Fermoy, Cork.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAs a key member of the engineering team, you will:\nLead and deliver engineering projects from concept through execution, ensuring objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards are achieved.\n\nManage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities while driving successful outcomes.\n\nDevelop and execute project strategies, monitoring scope, cost, schedule, and overall performance.\n\nConduct technical evaluations, economic analyses, and feasibility studies to support informed business decisions.\n\nApply innovative engineering principles and emerging technologies to improve products, processes, systems, and facilities.\n\nDesign, execute, and analyze complex experiments to generate insights and drive continuous improvement.\n\nUse data-driven decision-making to identify trends, solve problems, and uncover opportunities for optimization.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors, vendors, and key stakeholders to achieve shared goals.\n\nAnticipate future challenges and opportunities by monitoring industry trends, technological developments, and business needs.\n\nDrive process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall effectiveness.\n\nPresent technical findings and recommendations to a broad range of audiences, from technical teams to senior leadership.\n\nMentor and support fellow engineers, sharing expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.\n\nEducation & Experience\nEssential\nThird-level qualification or trade certification in Engineering, Manufacturing, Science, or a related technical discipline.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to work effectively in a cross-functional manufacturing environment.\n\nGood communication and organizational skills.\n\nPreferred\nMinimum of 4 years' experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment.\n\nExperience working in a regulated industry such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, or healthcare manufacturing.\n\nKnowledge of preventative maintenance systems and manufacturing process controls.\n\nFamiliarity with quality systems, non-conformance management, and
