This role leads procurement execution, supplier negotiations, and contract management, while integrating advanced technologies to enhance sustainability and efficiency. You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with business goals, regulatory standards, and innovation initiatives.\nWhat You’ll Work On\nExecute the plastics category strategy across North America and global sites.\nLead supplier identification, evaluation, and selection processes.\nManage competitive bidding events (RFIs, RFPs) and lead fact-based negotiations.\nManage a Plastics sub-category by:Developing and executing sourcing strategies for plastic materials and components.\nMonitoring market trends, resin pricing, and supplier capabilities.\nDriving cost-saving opportunities and value engineering initiatives.\nPartnering with engineering and operations teams to align specifications with business needs.\nEnsuring compliance with quality, regulatory, and sustainability requirements.\nImproving supplier performance and mitigating risk.\n\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.\nSupport contract development, statements of work, and standard operating procedures.\nDrive multiple procurement projects through complex sourcing processes.\nDevelop and maintain deep category knowledge and market intelligence.\nAssist in financial planning, LBE projections, and cash flow improvement initiatives.\nExecute the plastics category strategy across North America and global sites.\nLead supplier identification, evaluation, and selection processes.\nResearch and evaluate business requirements and suppliers.
