Our 122,000 colleagues serve people in more than 160 countries.JOB DESCRIPTION:\nThe Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis for the Screening Business Unit will play a key role in shaping the financial strategy and performance of a $3B+, double-digit growth platform anchored by Cologuard and an expanding portfolio of next-generation screening products.\nThis individual will be a strategic partner to Screening leadership, translating business performance and financial insights into action. The role will help identify growth opportunities, shape investment decisions, challenge assumptions, and ensure resources are deployed against the highest-value priorities.
