Our 122,000 colleagues serve people in more than 160 countries.JOB DESCRIPTION:\nPosition Overview\nThe Staff Engineer, Process Development & Automation will play a key role in the development and deployment of automation technologies supporting Exact Sciences' expanding histopathology laboratory operations, including the new Cancer Diagnostics Division laboratory in Madison, WI. This position partners with laboratory operations, engineering, quality, IT, facilities, and external vendors to implement digital pathology, laboratory automation, workflow improvements, and related process development initiatives.\nThe primary focus of this role is integration of technology into laboratory operations. The Staff Engineer will work closely with laboratory personnel and cross-functional teams to understand clinical workflows, support implementation of new instrumentation and systems, and drive successful adoption of new technologies.
