You will have access to:\nCareer development with an international company where you can grow the career you dream of.\nA company recognized as a great place to work in dozens of countries around the world and named one of the most admired companies in the world by Fortune.\nA company that is recognized as one of the best big companies to work for as well as a best place to work for diversity, working mothers, female executives, and scientists.\nThe Opportunity\nAs the Territory Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and/or selling the organization's products across multiple or non-specified channels in a designated territory by contacting specialists, physicians, pharmacies and/or distributors.\nWhat You’ll Do\nPromotes the assigned products to doctors using the prescribed sales technique and visits these MDs based on assigned frequency.\nEstablish and maintain good working relationships with doctors.\nAchieves the minimum call performance with 100% achievement on monthly actual calls versus monthly target calls.\nQuality execution of all agreed marketing strategies, programs, and action plans.\nSales and promotion of products through detailing, product presentations, CME activities, and other approved initiatives.\nContinuous selection and updating of target doctors.\nEstablish and continuously increase market share of products.\nSubmit relevant reports vital to operations.\nRequirements\nMinimum 2 years’ experience as Territory Manager or as Professional Medical Representative in a respectable Pharmaceutical or Consumer Goods company.\nAbove average communication skills in English and the local language.\nExperience in nutritional products is a plus.\nAggressive, confident, and self-motivated with leadership potential.\nPersuasive, persevering, and a team player.\nVery strong selling and communication skills with a pleasing personality.\nWilling to travel and be assigned anywhere in the Philippines.\nRelevant experience in Sales.\nInsight into internal and external customers.\nBrand Management knowledge.\nAt least 2 years of work-related experience in Sales.\nComputer literate with good communication skills.\nHighly organized.\nProject Management capability.\nCustomer Orientation.\nAnalytical Skills.\nWilling to relocate.\nCollege education, preferably a Sales or Business Management graduate.\nLocation\nThis position is based in Philippines.
