Our locations include Wiesbaden, Wetzlar, Hanover, Hamburg, Cologne, Jena, and Ludwigshafen.\nFor Abbott Medical, we are currently looking for a\nTERRITORY MANAGER LAAO\nFrench-speaking Switzerland (Romandie Region), Switzerland (Home Office-based)\nIn this exciting commercial and clinical role, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of your assigned territory while promoting the adoption of innovative therapies for Left Atrial Appendage Occlusion (LAAO). In addition, you will support customers through your clinical and technical expertise in Intracardiac Echocardiography (ICE), working closely with interventional cardiologists, electrophysiologists, and other healthcare professionals.\nYour Responsibilities\nIndependently manage all assigned accounts and ensure achievement of territory objectives.\nDevelop and execute strategic account plans to increase procedure volumes, revenue, and market share.\nLead pricing, contract, and purchasing negotiations and support tender processes.\nPosition and defend Abbott's pricing strategy and the clinical value of our solutions.\nAnalyze market and competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.\nBuild, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with physicians, hospital management, and other key stakeholders.\nCoordinate and support local Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).\nDrive the adoption and utilization of LAAO therapies and imaging-guided workflows, with a focus on Intracardiac Echocardiography (ICE).\nProvide technical and clinical support during LAAO procedures in catheterization laboratories and hybrid operating rooms.\nAssist with pre-procedural planning, case reviews, and clinical discussions.\nConduct product, therapy, and application training programs for physicians, nursing staff, and cath lab teams.\nAdvise on imaging applications and support intra-procedural imaging activities.\nCollaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Clinical Affairs, Customer Service, Tender Management, and other functional teams.\nMaintain CRM and Salesforce data, develop forecasts, and help ensure optimal product availability.\nManage consignment inventory and ensure compliance with all quality, regulatory, and reporting requirements.\nYour Profile\nUniversity degree in life sciences, biomedical sciences, medicine, engineering, or a related technical field.\nSeveral years of experience within the medical device industry.\nProven experience supporting interventional cardiology procedures and collaborating with interventional cardiologists.\nStrong knowledge and hands-on experience in Left Atrial Appendage Occlusion (LAAO), both from a commercial and clinical/technical perspective.\nExperience working with electrophysiologists and electrophysiology programs is an advantage.\nPractical experience in catheterization laboratory and/or hybrid operating room environments.\nSolid understanding of cardiac imaging workflows, including pre-procedural planning and intra-procedural imaging.\nExperience with Intracardiac Echocardiography (ICE) is preferred.\nStrong sales, negotiation, presentation, and account management skills.\nSelf-motivated, structured, and results-oriented working style.\nCustomer-focused team player with excellent communication skills.\nFluent French and English language skills, both written and spoken.\nWillingness to travel extensively within the French-speaking region of Switzerland.\nWhat We Offer\nA diverse role within an innovative and international environment.\nThe opportunity to contribute to the success of highly innovative therapies and support advancements in healthcare.\nAttractive compensation package, including performance-based incentives.\nCompany car for both business and private use.\nComprehensive onboarding and ongoing training and development opportunities.\nInternational career opportunities within a leading medical technology company.\nFlexible working arrangements with a home office base within the assigned territory.\nInterested?\nWe look forward to receiving your application.
