You’ll Also Have Access To\nCareer development with an international company where you can grow the career you dream of.\nAn opportunity to work in a dynamic and diverse environment, spanning multiple product categories and emerging markets.\nA collaborative, cross-functional setting that fosters teamwork and innovation.\nPart of a team with highly skilled and experienced regulatory affairs professionals.\nA company recognized as a great place to work in dozens of countries worldwide and named one of the most admired companies in the world by Fortune.\nA company that is recognized as one of the best big companies to work for as well as the best place to work for diversity, working mothers, female executives, and scientists.\nPosition Accountability/Scope :\nAccountable for managing third-party operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining efficient production and supply chain processes.\nCoordinates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely supply of products.\nMain Responsibilities\nEnsure TPM projects comply with regulations and timelines.\nAlign warehousing and EDA requirements.\nFacilitate communication and actions required from TPM to help Abbott achieve their Supply, Quality, and financial goals.\nSecure regular market supply by delivering finished products on time.\nForecast required raw/packaging materials for production at TPMs and coordinate between TPM and stakeholders to ensure raw/packaging material availability.\nMonitor the supply of raw/packing materials to TPMs and ensure adherence to standards.\nControl TPM inventory of packaging materials, raw materials, and finished products.\nControl the movement of finished products from TPM to Abbott warehouses.\nEnsure all technical requirements are handled according to Abbott standards.\nCoordinate with internal stakeholders, eg. QA, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance Departments for facilitation of Abbott products launches and supply.\nApply relevant expertise and knowledge to manage an efficient S&OP process. Proactively communicate supply constraints to stakeholders and align on key actions.\nReview performance of TPMs through effective established Supply KPIs to ensure adherence\nAlign distributor activities and manage documentation for bulk and finished goods.\nCoordinate quality assurance efforts between local TPM, distributors, and affiliate.\nWork with the global team to set up product parameters in various systems.\nHandle TPM activities, including managing technical transfer projects and Support in evaluate new CMOs for technical capabilities.\nQualificationsEducation\nBachelor’s Degree, preferably in pharmacy or technical related field.\nMSc or MBA degree is a plus.\nExperience/Background\nMinimum +10 years of relevant experience.\nGeneral understanding of pharmaceutical industry principles and practices.\nAnalytical mindset, good time management, and planning skills.\nProject management skills.\nStrong communication and negotiation skills.\nAbility to work in a cross-functional environment with strong management skills.\nProficiency in English communication.\nThe base pay for this position is\nN/AIn specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range
