You’ll build strong relationships, foster collaboration, and drive results through your team.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead with empathy and authority, building rapport and trust across your team.\n\nDiagnose and resolve maintenance issues using data-driven insights and digital tools.\n\nMaintain accurate records in line with SOPs and digital compliance systems.\n\nRecommend equipment and system improvements aligned with Industry 4.0 principles.\n\nEnsure training compliance through digital learning platforms and ISO standards.\n\nDrive Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives using real-time data and analytics.\n\nCoach and mentor team members, conducting performance reviews with a focus on growth and digital skill development.\n\nPromote 6S standards and a safe, productive work environment enhanced by smart technologies.\n\nEnsure compliance with corporate and divisional policies, leveraging digital reporting and monitoring systems.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nQualifications & Experience:\nThird-level qualification or trade certificate in Engineering, Science, or Manufacturing.\n\nMinimum 3 years’ experience in an Engineering or Manufacturing environment.\n\nStrong technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, and controls engineering.\n\nFamiliarity with digital manufacturing systems, automation, and data analytics is a plus.\n\nExcellent communication and
