The hours are Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm.\nIndividuals in this role will support the Operations team as a Manufacturing Technician I, working closely with assemblers, troubleshooting equipment, and investigating process-related issues to support the manufacturing of EP products.\nWhat You'll Work On\nFront-line process technician supporting the Operations team.\nSupport products, process improvements, and cost-reduction initiatives.\nLearn manufacturing processes, techniques, and best practices while supporting the Operations team in coaching assemblers.\nInstruct production personnel in the manufacturing and testing of product devices.\nRecommend and implement process, tooling, and equipment changes to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.\nInterpret test data, analyze product performance, develop summaries, and assist with yield improvement activities.\nAssist the maintenance team to ensure continuous operation of production equipment.\nAssist engineers in troubleshooting safety, quality, or process issues.\nPerform scrap dissection and support investigations into potential root causes.\nSummarize information and communicate effectively with production and cross-functional teams.\nIndividual Should\nBe innovative, resourceful, and able to work with minimal direction.\nHave excellent organizational, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.\nWork effectively with cross-functional teams.\nSupport all company initiatives and operate in compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements.\nComply with FDA regulations, company policies, operating procedures, and task assignments while maintaining positive and cooperative working relationships.\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh school diploma, trade school certification, specialized training/apprenticeship, or equivalent experience in Electronics, Engineering Technology, or a related field.\n1-4 years of manufacturing technician experience.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nAbility to work effectively with assemblers and other non-technical personnel.\nAbility to teach and coach others.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to maintain regular and predictable attendance.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMedical device manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.\nLocation: Electrophysiology (EP) Tech Center, One St. Jude Medical Drive, St. Paul, MN 55117\nSchedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-3:30 PM (1st Shift)\nThe base pay for this position is\n$19.35 -
