The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, building strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other stakeholders, and achieving sales targets in an ethical and compliant manner.\nKey Responsibilities\nPromote and sell company products to healthcare professionals (HCPs) in hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other key stakeholders.\nAchieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.\nConduct regular visits to HCPs to provide product information, scientific updates, and patient benefits.\nMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to the company.\nOrganize and participate in medical events, conferences, and promotional activities.\nEnsure timely reporting of daily visits, sales performance, and market insights.\nAdhere to company policies, ethical guidelines, and industry compliance standards.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.\nPrevious experience as a Medical Representative is a plus but not required (Fresh graduates are welcome).\nStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.\nSelf-motivated with a results-driven approach.\nThe base pay for this position is\nN/AIn specific locations, the pay range
