Partner with the NC Head to implement business strategies, manage day-to-day field activities, conduct field coaching and supervision, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational and sales targets.\nKey Responsibilities\nBusiness Management (30%)\nImplement strategic plans for business development and territory expansion.\nBuild and monitor KPIs and metrics to evaluate operational initiatives.\nDrive market intelligence and develop measurement tools for POSM, Sachet, and Gimmick activities.\nSet yearly, quarterly, and monthly NC Lead / NU phasing targets across territories.\nTerritory & Performance Management (25%)\nConduct field visits to evaluate market opportunities and ensure alignment with territory plans.\nDevelop and execute territory management strategies to maximize market penetration.\nManage field force recruitment and turnover for a team of 100-150 employees.\nMonitor, track, and analyze territory performance metrics to identify gaps and implement improvement plans.\nCoordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Supervisors to align territory strategies with business goals.\nConduct regular visits to hospitals, pharmacies, and points of sale to gather insights and improve performance.\nEnsure achievement of NC Lead / NU phasing targets.\nPrepare and present performance, operational, and improvement reports.\nVendor Management (15%)\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with vendors.\nManage vendor performance, including headcount fulfillment and KPI achievement.\nReview services and support service settlement processes.\nAct as the key contact point between Abbott and vendors.\nStakeholder Management (15%)\nCreate annual target plans and cascade monthly targets to regions and accounts.\nAnalyze data and provide recommendations to CRM Director, ESM, and Brand teams.\nAlign marketing schemes and detailing guidelines for the NC team.\nCollaborate with SFE, SFA, IT, BI, Marketing, and other stakeholders.\nSupport additional projects assigned by the line manager.\nCompliance & Quality Assurance (15%)\nManage compliance processes, including redemption, sachet programs, and NU lead quality.\nEnsure field activities comply with Abbott ethical standards, SOPs, and legal requirements.\nTeam Leadership Responsibilities\nProvide regular field coaching and capability development for the NC team in partnership with vendors and internal stakeholders.\nLead operational meetings to review performance and address business challenges.\nWhat We're Looking For\nExperience: Minimum 6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or Field Force Management within healthcare, pharmaceutical, nutrition, or FMCG industries, with a proven track record of driving team performance and business growth.\nEducation: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.\nSkills & Competencies: Strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and project management capabilities, with the ability to translate data insights into business actions.\nLanguage & Digital Skills: Good command of English and
