You will be responsible for achieving sales, market share, and profitability objectives within your assigned territory while providing clinical and technical support to healthcare professionals.\nWhat You’ll Do\nPromote and sell Abbott Vascular products to established customers and develop new business opportunities.\nAchieve individual sales targets, market share, and profitability objectives within the assigned territory.\nConduct regular sales calls to healthcare professionals (HCPs) to promote assigned products.\nProvide detailed product information, technical specifications, and the latest clinical data to customers.\nBuild and maintain strong professional relationships with key accounts and healthcare professionals.\nDevelop and implement effective sales plans and promotional strategies to increase product adoption and market share.\nPlan and review sales strategies and educational activities such as teaching programs and presentations.\nSupport physician and account education on Abbott products and services.\nBe proficient in operating designated equipment and supporting procedures in cardiac catheterization laboratories.\nDevelop strong product, technical, and medical knowledge within the Coronary and/or Endovascular intervention industry.\nMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and gather market intelligence and customer feedback.\nTrack healthcare professional usage patterns and provide actionable insights.\nManage inventory and consignment stock levels to ensure optimal product availability and product rotation before expiry.\nMonitor product usage, provide follow-up support through billing completion, and collect required documentation for billing and stock returns.\nConduct regular stock checks and collaborate with Customer Service teams on product reconciliation.\nPrepare and submit monthly and ad-hoc reports on sales performance, customer activities, market intelligence, and usage tracking.\nComplete all required product and clinical training programs.\nSupport cases after hours and on weekends when required.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or other related disciplines.\nMinimum 2 years of sales experience in a hospital environment preferred, particularly with cardiology products or medical devices.\nCandidates with healthcare backgrounds such as nursing, cardiac technology, or pharmacy and a strong aptitude for sales are encouraged to apply.\nGood product knowledge and the ability to quickly learn technical product information.\nStrong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and field reporting systems.\nAbility to develop territory business plans and demonstrate strong numerical and analytical skills.\nAgile and adaptable with strong teamwork and organizational skills.\nExcellent communication skills with proficiency in English.\nAble and willing to support cases after hours, provide weekend standby support when required, and work within hospital operating theatre and Cath Lab environments.\nLocation\nThis position is based in Singapore.\nFollow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
