In this field-based role, you will be responsible for driving awareness, adoption, and sales of our breakthrough FreeStyle Libre continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) technology among endocrinologists, diabetes educators, general practitioners, internists, and other healthcare professionals involved in diabetes care.\nYou will play a key role in growing market share, building strong customer relationships, and supporting Abbott's mission to advance diabetes management across Kuwait.\nWhat You'll Work On\nPromote FreeStyle Libre and related diabetes management solutions to targeted healthcare professionals across Kuwait.\nExecute sales and promotional activities in line with company sales and marketing strategies.\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare accounts and stakeholders.\nIdentify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and prospective customers.\nConduct scientific presentations, educational meetings, and group sessions to enhance product awareness and clinical knowledge.\nAchieve assigned sales targets and ensure timely reporting of business activities.\nMonitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.\nMaintain comprehensive knowledge of Abbott Diabetes Care products, services, and clinical data.\nEnsure all activities comply with quality standards, company policies, industry regulations, and local laws.\nRepresent Abbott professionally and collaborate effectively within a diverse, cross-functional team environment.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Medical Sciences, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related healthcare field.\nMinimum 1 year of sales experience within the pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare industry.\nProven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.\nStrong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.\nFluency in English and Arabic is required.\nAbility to work independently, manage territory activities, and build strong customer partnerships.\nTeam-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively across different cultures.\nJoin Abbott Diabetes Care and help shape the future of diabetes management through innovative technology that makes a meaningful difference in patients' lives every day.\nFollow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
