Working here you’ll be part of a family that works together to make a difference and enhance the lives of millions worldwide.\nWhat You'll Work On\nManage document change control activities for procedures, work orders, specifications, forms, job aids, and other quality-controlled documents.\nCreate, review, revise, route, and maintain quality system documents within electronic document management systems.\nPerform batch calculations and verifications to support production schedules.\nDevelop and maintain work order attachments and supporting documentation for manufacturing activities.\nSupport change control and deviation implementation activities, ensuring required documentation updates are completed accurately and on time.\nCoordinate document reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve documentation discrepancies.\nSupport new product introductions (NPI), process changes, and continuous improvement initiatives affecting Quality Systems.\nEnsure formulations, packaging specifications, ingredient records, and production documentation are accurate and available before manufacturing.\nGenerate reports related to document control activities, compliance requirements, and periodic reviews.\nParticipate in cross-functional meetings to support production readiness and quality system compliance.\nMaintain quality records in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.\nProvide backup support for Quality Systems activities and perform other duties as assigned.\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or GED required.\nMinimum of three years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Systems, Document Control, Manufacturing, Laboratory Operations, or another regulated environment.\nWorking knowledge of manufacturing processes and controlled documentation practices.\nExperience reviewing technical documents with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.\nStrong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.\nAbility to collaborate effectively across departments and manage competing priorities.\nPreferred Qualifications\nAssociate or bachelor’s degree in a scientific, technical, quality, or business-related discipline.\nExperience in food, pharmaceutical, medical device, or other regulated manufacturing environments.\nExperience using electronic document management systems such as M-Files.\nExperience with AS400 and work order management processes.\nKnowledge of change control, deviations, CAPA, and Quality Management System (QMS) processes.\nExperience supporting batch calculations, formulation changes, or production documentation.\nIn compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
