Prepares financial plans and forecasts based on performance expectations. Recommend alternative courses of action, influence pricing strategy, and partner with sales and commercial excellence teams to achieve financial goals.\nMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES\nResponsible for the review and analysis of assigned projects that may include:\nFinancial statements analysis for business unit and international markets\nPreparation, review and analysis of requests for capital expenditures and Purchase Orders\nEvaluate new business opportunities, potential new markets, new products, and spending initiatives by modeling alternative financial scenarios (e.g. revenues, profitability etc).\nGross Margin/COGS Analysis\nProfit plan preparation\nLong-range planning analysis\nBalance Sheet Reconciliations/Cash Flow Analysis\nReview and analysis of profitability\nJournal Entry Preparation\nPricing analysis\nApplies educational and advanced knowledge of accounting and financial principles and requirements to support business needs.\nMaintain controls to ensure integrity of assets and compliance with applicable policies, procedures, guidelines and internal controls.\nProjects can be varied and complex; may refer to established precedents to develop solutions; use of innovative thinking is required. Plans/leads projects and analyzes results to present recommendations to leadership.\nWorks under minimal supervision. Independently determines and develops approach to solutions.
