Sales Operations Support\nSupport the sales team in the execution of commercial plans and customer initiatives.\nMaintain accurate sales records, pricing files, customer information, and contract documentation.\nAssist in preparing quotations, customer proposals, and promotional agreements.\nEnsure timely processing and follow-up of customer requests.\n2. Customer Coordination\nServe as a key point of contact between customers and internal departments.\nCoordinate order management activities to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.\nResolve customer inquiries related to orders, pricing, promotions, inventory, and logistics.\nFacilitate communication between sales, supply chain, finance, and customer service teams.\n3. Reporting and Analytics\nGenerate and distribute regular sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.\nMonitor sales trends, customer performance, and market opportunities.\nAnalyze promotional effectiveness and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.\nMaintain data accuracy across sales systems and reporting tools.\n4. Trade and Promotional Execution\nCoordinate promotional activities and customer programs.\nTrack promotional spending and ensure compliance with approved budgets.\nSupport the implementation of trade marketing initiatives and sales campaigns.\nMonitor execution of agreed customer plans and commitments.\n5.
