DESCRIPTION:Primary Job Function:\n\nProvide sales supervisors with the leadership direction and resources to ensure sales targets are achieved and to liaise with marketing team to ensure short and and cultivate as appropriate.\nMonitoring of the sales and stocks\nEnsure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures and serve as a role model to all employees by demonstrating full support of Abbott occupational health safety and environmental programs.\nEducation/Qualifications/Experience:\n\nBachelors degree in Pharmaceutical Science/Human or Vet Medicine/General Science\nMinimum 3 years of experience in a First Line Manager role with 3 years Achieve Expectations \nStrong coaching and leadership profile.\nOrganization and Industry intelligence.\nStrong selling skills base ADS and PNS.\nAnalytical skills and territorial planning technique.\nComputer skills is a must.\nGood command of English Language.\nThe base pay for this position is \nN/AIn specific locations the pay
