Our 115,000 colleagues serve people in more than 160 countries.JOB DESCRIPTION:\nPosition Overview\nThe SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Application Analyst will manage, secure, and operate SAP BTP services across enterprise landscapes. This role is responsible for BTP account administration, security, connectivity, service enablement, and platform governance, ensuring high availability, compliance, and scalability of SAP cloud solutions. As a primary support contact for application end-users, the Application Analyst will work to identify issues that arise in the application area, as well as issues that impact other application teams, and work to resolve them. The Sr. Application Analyst will perform impact analysis of desired changes, build and test systems changes, and identify areas of improvement associated with platform performance and opportunities to enable business processes and requirements. Relocation assistance is provided for this position.\nEssential Duties\nInclude, but are not limited to, the following:\nResponsible for business systems design and configuration, and upgrades and improvements for low to medium complexity applications.\nDesign and implement solutions to a wide range of difficult problems that are imaginative, thorough, and practical.\nResponsible for independent development and configuration of an assigned application.\nIdentify issues that arise in the application area as well as issues that impact other application teams, and work to resolve them.\nDevelop new processes and procedures to meet current challenges.\nCreate and maintain system documentation.\nLead the estimation of enhancement or support requests.\nGuide workflow design, configure and test system changes, and analyze technical issues.\nLiaise with business systems stakeholders and software vendor’s implementation staff to ensure alignment of business needs with the delivery of system changes.\nDevelop an understanding of operational needs to set the direction for the organization's workflows; proactively identify opportunities to improve business workflow with technology improvements.\nParticipate in developing documentation and participate in trainings and work with end users.\nTroubleshoot problems and questions and provide regular updates on status to key business stakeholders.\nServe as a subject matter expert of assigned applications.\nProvide end-user production support for issues entered into issue tracking systems.\nReview the status of projects and issues with project leadership.\nAssign or delegate configuration or other activities to other team members.\nAct as delegate for leadership regarding incident or problem resolution.\nProvide mentorship for other peers and take the lead to solve problems, even if outside of normal scope.\nLead internal process design and documentation to drive continuous improvement working time away from work location, may include overnight/weekend travel.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field as outlined in the essential duties; or High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 12 years of relevant experience as outlined in the essential duties in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree.\n5+ years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions, either in an application analyst or project delivery role.\nDemonstrated ability to understand and apply industry best practices. \nStrong computer skills to include internet navigation and email usage.\nProficient in Microsoft Office programs.\nDemonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience configuring business systems software in a life sciences, health care, or related industry.\nSAP BTP Administration (2+ Years): Hands-on experience with global accounts, subaccounts, Cloud Foundry/Kyma environments, entitlements, and service lifecycle management.\nSecurity & Identity Management (1+ Years): Strong knowledge of SAP BTP security concepts including IAS/IPS, role collections, OAuth, SAML, and integration with corporate identity providers.\nConnectivity & Integration (1+ Years): Experience configuring SAP BTP connectivity services (Cloud Connector, Destination Service, Integration Suite) for SAP and third-party system integration.\nMonitoring, Operations & Governance (1+ Years): Ability to monitor BTP services, manage quotas and costs, enforce naming conventions, and ensure platform compliance and stability.\nSAP Landscape & Cloud Knowledge (1+ Years): Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA or ECC landscapes and cloud fundamentals (IaaS/PaaS concepts, networking, certificates, TLS).\nThe base pay for this position is\n$78,000.00 - $156,000.00In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.\nJOB
