We help people live full and healthy lives through our accessible, molecular-based solutions.\nAs the Senior Application Analyst - SAP Development, you'll have the chance to work on business systems design and configuration, as well as upgrades and improvements for assigned technology platforms. As a primary support contact for SAP application end-users, the Senior SAP Application Analyst will work to identify issues that arise in the application area as well as issues that impact other application teams, and work to resolve them. The Senior Application Analyst will perform impact analysis of desired changes, build and test systems changes, and identify areas of improvement associated with platform performance and opportunities to enable business processes and requirements. The Senior Application Analyst will act as a mentor to junior analysts on the team, support questions, and may delegate activities to other analysts.\nWhat You'll Work On\nIncluding, but are not limited to, the following:\nResponsible for business systems design and configuration, and upgrades and improvements for low to medium complexity applications.\nDesign and implement solutions to a wide range of difficult problems that are imaginative, thorough, and practical.\nResponsible for independent development and configuration of an assigned application.\nIdentify issues that arise in the application area as well as issues that impact other application teams, and work to resolve them.\nDevelop new processes and procedures to meet current challenges.\nCreate and maintain system documentation.\nLead the estimation of enhancement or support requests.\nGuide workflow design, configure and test system changes, and analyze technical issues.\nLiaise with business systems stakeholders and software vendor’s implementation staff to ensure alignment of business needs with the delivery of system changes.\nDevelop an understanding of operational needs to set the direction for the organization's workflows; proactively identify opportunities to improve business workflow with technology improvements.\nParticipate in developing documentation and participate in trainings and work with end users.\nTroubleshoot problems and questions and provide regular updates on status to key business stakeholders.\nServe as a subject matter expert of assigned applications.\nProvide end-user production support for issues entered into issue tracking systems.\nReview the status of projects and issues with project leadership.\nAssign or delegate configuration or other activities to other team members.\nAct as delegate for leadership regarding incident or problem resolution.\nProvide mentorship for other peers and take the lead to solve problems, even if outside of normal scope.\nLead internal process design and documentation to drive continuous improvement for the IT department or team.\nAbility and willingness to take ownership of work activities and ensure that they Science, Information Systems, or related field as outlined in the essential duties; or High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 12 years of relevant experience as outlined in the essential duties in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree.\n5+ years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions, either in an application analyst or project delivery role.\nDemonstrated ability to understand and apply industry best practices.\nStrong computer skills to include internet navigation and email usage.\nProficient in Microsoft Office programs.\nDemonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience configuring business systems software in a life science, healthcare, or related industry.\nAbility to architect and provide technical support of SAP systems and related environments such as Solution Manager and its functionality, SAP S/4, Transports management, System Copy and refresh, Interfaces.\nUnderstanding of SAP Security architecture and implementation methods.\nWorking experience in S/4 HANA, SAP cloud Solutions, Fiori and Sailpoint.\nExperience of working in SoX complaint environment.\nFamiliarity with continuous monitoring tools such as Solution Manager’s Configuration Validation & System Recommendation or similar products.\nAbility to provide technical support to
