积极参与持续改善活动，在人、机、料、法、环等各方面不断提升现场管理水平。\n6. 总体负责班组员工入职阶段的面试及日常绩效评估。\n7. 完成生产经理委派的各项工作。\n任职条件Qualifications:\n1. 大专以上学历（全日制本科学历优先）。\n2. 3-5年或以上生产管理经验，具有一个完整工段车间的独立管理经验。\n3. 具备Word，Excel，PPT等基本电脑操作技能（会Excel函数，会编程者优先）。\n4. 能使用英语进行阅读和简单书写（四级及以上水平优先）\n5. 良好的执行力，组织管理能力、协调和沟通能力。\n6. 良好的质量意识和强大的工作责任心。\n7. 有精益生产相关培训经历或实践经验者优先。\nThe base pay for this position is\nN/AIn specific
