This is an onsite position.\nAs Sr. Compliance Specialist, you’ll have the chance to work in the Abbott’s Compliance Training team that is responsible for Abbott’s worldwide compliance training strategies, including managing its compliance learning training system (LERN). This position will work under supervision of, and report directly to, the Compliance Training Manager, interacting with Abbott personnel around the world at all levels.\nWhat You’ll Work On\nSupport Abbott’s Office of Ethics and Compliance (OEC) compliance training strategy and global implementation.\nAssist training manager with planning and implementation of LERN training campaigns and communications.\nDeliver training as needed.
