Our 122,000 colleagues serve people in more than 160 countries.JOB DESCRIPTION:\nEssential Duties\nInclude, but are not limited to, the following:\nResponsible for business systems design and configuration, and upgrades and improvements for low to medium complexity applications.\nDesign and implement solutions to a wide range of difficult problems that are imaginative, thorough, and practical.\nResponsible for independent development and configuration of an assigned application.\nIdentify issues that arise in the application area as well as issues that impact other application teams, and work to resolve them.\nDevelop new processes and procedures to meet current challenges.\nCreate and maintain system documentation.\nLead the estimation of enhancement or support requests.\nGuide workflow design, configure and test system changes, and analyze technical issues.\nLiaise with business systems stakeholders and software vendor’s implementation staff to ensure alignment of business needs with the delivery of system changes.\nDevelop an understanding of operational needs to set the direction for the organization's workflows; or High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 4 years of relevant experience as outlined in the essential duties in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree.\n5+ years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions, either in an application analyst or project delivery role.\nDemonstrated ability to understand and apply industry best practices. \nStrong computer skills to include internet navigation and email usage.\nProficient in Microsoft Office programs.\nDemonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.\nAuthorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience configuring business systems software in a life science, healthcare, or related industry.\nAbility to architect and design SAP security solutions for critical business processes utilizing best practices.\nDemonstrated experience to partner with audit teams and establish benchmarks.\nDemonstrated working knowledge with SAP GRC for various modules such as Risk Analysis and Remediation (RAR), Compliant User Provisioning (CUP), Superuser Privilege Management (SPM), Emergency Access Management (EAM) etc.\nMaintain, monitor, and update SOD policies and procedures in accordance with audit requirements.\nParticipate and provide technical support as member of various initiatives.\nCreate and maintain security test scripts.\nDemonstrated experience on working with Fiori roles, OData services in compliance with SOD rulesets.\nDemonstrated security experience on multiple SaaS solutions such as BTP, IAS/IPS, SAC, Datasphere and IBP among others.\nWe are an equal employment opportunity employer.
