As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting U.S. recruiting operations and ensuring a smooth, high-quality experience for candidates and hiring teams. You’ll work across multiple programs, processes, and stakeholders, making a measurable impact on how we attract top talent.\nThis is a long-term contract role with significant exposure across HR and Talent Acquisition. This is a 40 hour a week role with regular work hours between 7 AM and 6 PM.\nWhat You’ll Work On\nPartner with talent acquisition teams to develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for commercial and engineering roles.\nManage key steps in the hiring process, including background checks and drug screenings.\nCoordinate high-volume phone, onsite, and digital interviews across multiple divisions.\nManage all scheduling logistics: invites, travel, transportation, lodging.\nProcess candidate travel reimbursements.\nRoute and track relocation and sign-on bonus documentation.\nServe as the subject matter expert for interview coordination and train new schedulers.\nPost roles to strategic job boards and associations, including those supporting visa processes.\nSupport planning and logistics for company events and recruiting activities.\nBuild and maintain weekly, quarterly, and annual reports.\nCreate and update dashboard metrics using Excel and other tools.\nSupport programs such as employee referrals and immigration.\nRequired Qualifications\nAssociate’s degree in HR, Communications, or related field.\nExperience in customer service, HR, or administrative support.\nStrong skills in Microsoft Office products.\nHigh level of confidentiality and professionalism.\nExcellent organization, communication, and service-oriented interpersonal skills.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to manage shifting priorities.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in a related field.\n2+ years in HR coordination, administrative support, or recruiting.\nExperience in talent acquisition sourcing.\nThe base pay for this position is\n- $20,000,000,000.00In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.\nJOB FAMILY:\nRecruitingDIVISION:\nCHR Corporate Human ResourcesLOCATION:\nUnited States > Abbott Park : AP06BADDITIONAL LOCATIONS:\nWORK SHIFT:\nStandardTRAVEL:\nNoMEDICAL SURVEILLANCE:\nNoSIGNIFICANT WORK ACTIVITIES:\nContinuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day), Keyboard use (greater or equal to 50% of the workday)Abbott is an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities/Women/Individuals with Disabilities/Protected Veterans.EEO is the Law link -
