Je werkt nauw samen met hiring managers op onze productielocaties in Zwolle, Olst en Weesp en zorgt ervoor dat we de juiste mensen op het juiste moment aantrekken.\nJe wordt onderdeel van een hecht Talent Acquisition team bestaande uit een Team Lead en 3 Recruiters, waarbij samenwerking, kennisdeling en kwaliteit centraal staan.\nWat ga je doen?\nJe bent verantwoordelijk voor de end-to-end recruitment cycle voor jouw toegewezen vacatures (voornamelijk site-based rollen);\nJe schakelt intensief met Hiring Managers en HR om behoeften scherp te krijgen;\nJe schrijft aantrekkelijke vacatureteksten en zet vacatures effectief in de markt;\nJe zoekt actief naar kandidaten via o.a. LinkedIn, jobboards en jouw netwerk;\nJe voert intakegesprekken en begeleidt kandidaten door het proces (online en op locatie);\nJe coördineert en voert interviews samen met de business;\nJe analyseert assessments en adviseert hiring managers over de juiste keuze;\nJe stelt salarisvoorstellen op in samenwerking met HR en bespreekt deze met kandidaten;\nJe bedenkt en organiseert creatieve wervingsinitiatieven voor moeilijk vervulbare doelgroepen (bijv. operators / technicians);\nJe bent aanspreekpunt voor externe bureaus en bewaakt kwaliteit en samenwerking;\nJe houdt recruitmentdata bij en rapporteert over voortgang en resultaten.\nWat breng je mee?\nErvaring in recruitment / talent acquisition (corporate of agency);\nSterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om stakeholders te challengen;\nJe voelt je comfortabel in een dynamische, operationele omgeving (bijv. productie/logistiek);\nJe bent proactief, resultaatgericht en neemt eigenaarschap;\nJe spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands enEngels.\nWat bieden wij jou?\nBij Abbott krijg je de kans om écht impact te maken.
