This will be achieved through the effective supervision and motivation of the manufacturing team while maintaining a harmonious employee relations climate. The position reports into the Manufacturing Manager.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDirectly supervise the manufacturing team in your area to ensure that the service, quality and cost objectives are achieved.
