You’ll support product implementation, training, connectivity, workflow optimization, and customer retention across assigned accounts.\nWhat You’ll Work On\nDeliver on-site technical and clinical training for infectious disease diagnostic products, including instruments and rapid tests.\nSupport new account implementations, evaluations, and activations to ensure successful adoption of Abbott solutions.\nGuide customers through verification studies and testing processes while supporting compliance with CLIA, CAP, COLA, and TJC requirements.\nServe as a trusted technical resource, helping customers optimize workflows and product utilization.\nLead POC Link connectivity implementations and support integration with customer IT environments.\nTroubleshoot connectivity and performance issues and recommend solutions that improve operational efficiency.\nEducate customers on testing trends, workflow improvements, testing volumes, and data-driven insights.\nPartner with sales teams to support key accounts, customer retention efforts, and growth opportunities.\nConduct workflow assessments in clinics and hospitals to improve turnaround times and testing efficiency.\nDeliver educational presentations and ongoing product support to laboratory and healthcare professionals.\nCollaborate with technical, sales, and marketing teams to share customer insights and market trends.\nParticipate in company meetings, training programs, and professional development activities.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology, Nursing, or a directly related scientific discipline.\nRegistered Medical Technologist or Registered Nurse in the state of residence.\nMinimum 3 years of experience as a Medical Technologist in a clinical laboratory or as a Registered Nurse in a critical care or infectious disease setting.\nMinimum 1 year of implementation, point-of-care testing, or related diagnostic support experience.\nExperience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.\nAbility to deliver technical training and education to healthcare professionals.\nAbility to travel up to 75%, including occasional short-notice and weekend travel.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in point-of-care coordination, supervisory, or management roles.\nAdvanced degree in a healthcare, laboratory, or related field.\nAdditional experience supporting infectious disease testing programs.\nKnowledge of point-of-care testing workflows and regulations.\nExperience training customers and resolving technical product issues.\nFamiliarity with healthcare instrument connectivity and integration.\nExposure to customer-facing consulting, implementation, or sales support activities.\nAbility to work independently while managing multiple customer engagements.\nLearn more about our health and wellness benefits, which provide the security to help you and your family live full lives: https://abbottbenefits.com/\nFollow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
