The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and growth within their defined territory as well as supporting Health Care Professionals by providing excellent clinical education and support.\nThis role would suit someone with CRM experience, nursing with a cardiac passion or Cathlab experience\nWhat You’ll Do\nAchieve sales targets and increase market share for assigned territory.\n\nSupport all clinical CRM needs with pacemaker, defibrillator and heart failure devices with implants and clinics.\n\nManage consignment stock.\n\nSupport physicians, nurses, and cardiac technicians for all CRM clinical needs.\n\nProvide educational clinical in services to HCPs.\n\nManage all aspects of the customer relationship; engage senior leadership as needed.\n\nAttend company sales meetings as required and act as a key contributor in sales meetings.\n\nActively implement and execute on sales force effectiveness initiatives to help drive business growth.\n\nUtilise available sales analysis tools to assist in territory planning and internal resources to assist servicing customers.\n\nMaintain accurate customer profiles.\n\nAssist with product marketing and launches.\n\nProvide market feedback on product and competitor activity.\n\nThis role requires participation in the relevant on-call roster applicable to your role.\n\nRequired Qualifications and Experience\nTertiary qualifications in Medical, BioMed, Science, Nursing or Business Management field\n\nCRM, nursing, and/or Cathlab experience is preferred.\n\nIt is a requirement of your role that obtain and maintain certification as specified by Abbott.\n\nIs intellectually curious and understands the responsibility of continuous learning and willingness to learn and be coached\n\nHas a passion for cardiology and delivering excellent customer clinical service.\n\nWillingness to travel within the assigned region, as well as other regions as required\n\nThe ability to work autonomously and a drive to excel.\n\nMaintain a valid driver’s licence\n\nExcellent communication, persuasion and selling skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications and Experience\nIBHRE Certified preferred\n\nPrior
