The role drives adoption of LAAO, promotes utilization of Intracardiac Echocardiography (ICE), achieves sales objectives, and protects and grows market share. The position works closely with Interventional Cardiologists, Electrophysiologists, and hospital stakeholders to develop business opportunities, support procedures, and optimize customer outcomes. The Territory Manager serves as the primary point of contact for all commercial and technical activities within the assigned territory.\nKey Duties and Responsibilities\nKey Duties and Responsibilities\n Commercial Responsibilities\nManage all assigned accounts independently and achieve sales objectives.\nDevelop and execute account plans to grow procedural volumes and market share.\nLead commercial discussions, tenders , and purchasing processes.\nDefend Abbott pricing strategy and value proposition.\nMonitor competitive activities and identify growth opportunities.\nMaintain a strong understanding of sales performance and anticipate short-term business results.\nBuild strong relationships with key stakeholders across accounts.\nLocal KOLs management coordination\nDrive adoption and business development of intra-procedural imaging solutions (Intracardiac Echocardiography, ICE) and imaging-guided workflows.\n Technical and Clinical Responsibilities\nProvide technical support during Cardiac Occluders procedures for left atrial appendage closure/occlusion\nSupport procedural planning, case reviews and clinical discussions.\nDeliver product, therapy , and imaging education to physicians and cath lab teams.\nAct as a clinical and technical resource for imaging applications, with particular focus on Intracardiac Echocardiography (ICE).\nSupport pre-procedural planning and intra-procedural imaging guidance.\nCollaborate with Interventional Cardiologists, Electrophysiologists and Imaging Specialists to optimize procedural workflows.\nActing as a liaison with all cross-functional departments within the company (Clinical Studies, Sales, Customer Service, Tender Management, etc.).\nOperational Excellence\nMaintain CRM/SFDC data and sales forecasts.\nManage consignment inventory and product availability\nReport Product Event Reports in accordance with company policy.\nEnsure compliance with Abbott quality, legal, and ethical standards.\n Qualifications & Competencies\nUniversity degree in a scientific, biomedical, healthcare, engineering or technical discipline.\nSignificant experience within the medical device industry.\nProven experience supporting Interventional Cardiology procedures and working with Interventional Cardiologists\nProven experience with Cardiac Occluders procedures for left atrial appendage closure/occlusion\nProven experience supporting Interventional Cardiology procedures and working with Interventional Cardiologists.\nExperience working with Electrophysiologists and electrophysiology programs will be considered a plus\nExperience supporting Cath Lab and/or Hybrid Operating Room procedures.\nExperience with cardiac imaging workflows, including pre-procedural planning and intra-procedural imaging.\nExperience with Intracardiac Echocardiography (ICE) will be considered a plus\nStrong commercial, negotiation, presentation and account management skills.\nProfessional proficiency in English.\nEmployment Classification: Quadro, Commercial Industry National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL).\nGross Annual Salary (RAL): min €50,000 max €65,000.\nTarget Bonus: 35%.\nThe base pay for this position is\nN/AIn specific locations, the pay range may vary from the
