products and driving prescription generation.\nConduct regular audits of prescriptions for Abbott and competitor brands to gather market intelligence and adjust strategies accordingly.\nOrganizing Camps (CME) as per the division strategy and customers need.\nContinuously monitor actual sales performance, making necessary adjustments to strategies to minimize variances from targets.\nPrescription audit for Abbott brands and other competitor’s brands\nExecute the customer management plan to ensure that all the customers are covered as per the plan.\nDemonstrate and promote professional behavior aligned with Abbott’s values of Pioneering, Achieving, Caring, and Enduring.\nParticipate in strategy meetings, briefing sessions, doctors’ meets, workshops, training programs, and other company activities to enhance job performance and promote product sales.\nAdhere strictly to Abbott’s Code of Business Conduct\nMeet minimum KPIs as follows:\n100% coverage of Doctors.\nCustomer Call average as per the customer management plan of the division /therapy.\nMarket intelligence collection, retailer level inventory management calls as per the product profile and marketing strategy of the therapy /division.\nExperience/Training Required\n2+ Years of experience.\nCandidate with prior/current experience in the same therapy.\nCandidates from MNC and top Indian
