In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing transportation performance, supporting strategic decisions through data analysis, and identifying opportunities to improve service levels and cost efficiency.\nLocation: Machelen, Belgium\nWhat You'll Do\nAs a Transportation Analyst, you will:\nAnalyze transportation data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities\nDevelop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to support decision-making\nCreate and optimize Power BI dashboards to provide actionable business insights\nMonitor transportation spend and support freight budget planning and follow-up\nEvaluate carrier and supplier performance against service and cost targets\nPerform data-driven simulations and analyses for new transportation scenarios and vendors\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, service, and cost efficiency\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders to improve transportation processes and performance\nWhat You Bring\nMust-Haves\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field\nMinimum 1-2 years of experience in an analytical role\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights\nAdvanced Excel skills\nExperience building and maintaining reports and dashboards in Power BI\nFluent English communication skills, both written and spoken\nStrong stakeholder management and presentation skills\nNice-to-Haves\nExperience working with SAP or other ERP systems\nExperience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, or distribution environments\nKnowledge of transportation pricing, freight operations, parcel, or air freight\nExperience with TMS solutions\nKnowledge of Business Objects, Power Query, Microsoft Automate, or similar reporting tools\nExperience with Lean methodologies and continuous improvement\nDutch language skills\nWho You Are\nA data-driven and curious professional who enjoys digging into data\nComfortable working with large datasets and translating findings into recommendations\nA collaborative team player with a customer-focused mindset\nProactive, detail-oriented, and eager to drive improvements\nAble to balance analytical thinking with practical business needs\nWhy Join Us?\nThis is an opportunity to have a direct impact on transportation performance across a complex European distribution network.
