This role partners with Business Process Owners, system users, and technology teams to design, implement, support, and continuously improve integrated business solutions that align technology capabilities with organizational objectives.\nOperating as a senior individual contributor, the architect provides leadership in solution architecture, business systems integration, analytics, reporting, and process automation. The position is responsible for designing and supporting scalable applications, enterprise reporting environments, data integrations, and automated workflows while promoting data quality, governance, and continuous improvement. The role balances hands-on solution delivery with strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and technical leadership.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, implement, and support business systems and technology solutions that enable finance, capital planning, procurement, facilities management, and portfolio management processes.\nTranslate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, data models, applications, workflows, and reporting frameworks.\nArchitect, develop, and maintain solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform technologies, enterprise applications, and cloud-based services.\nDevelop and support enterprise reporting and analytics solutions that provide actionable insights for operational and strategic decision-making.\nDesign, manage, and optimize integrations between SAP, Microsoft platforms, and other enterprise business systems.\nIdentify opportunities to improve business performance through automation, standardization, and process optimization.\nFacilitate requirements gathering, solution design workshops, and stakeholder alignment sessions.\nEstablish and promote solution governance standards, data quality practices, security controls, and development best practices.\nServe as the primary subject matter expert and trusted advisor for business systems, analytics, reporting, automation, and data solutions.\nTroubleshoot, maintain, and continuously enhance applications, reports, dataflows, integrations, and automated processes to ensure reliability and performance.\n Education\nBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.\nAdvanced degree and/or relevant certifications in Microsoft, SAP, Analytics, Power Platform, Business Intelligence, or related disciplines preferred.\nBusiness Related\nEight (8) or more years of experience partnering with business leaders, process owners, project teams, and end users to design and deliver business solutions.\nDemonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions that improve operational effectiveness and decision-making.\nExperience supporting finance, capital planning, facilities management, procurement, portfolio management, budgeting, forecasting, or related business functions.\nStrong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and business relationship skills with the ability to influence across a matrixed organization.\nExperience leading or supporting business process improvement, organizational change, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nTechnology Related\nFive (5) or more years of experience designing, developing, implementing, and supporting business systems, analytics, reporting, automation, and data solutions.\nAdvanced expertise with Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, and Power Apps, including solution design, development, and support.\nStrong knowledge of solution architecture, business intelligence, data modeling, systems integration, reporting platforms, and enterprise data management practices.\nExperience integrating and managing data from enterprise systems including SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, Dataverse, SharePoint, databases, and cloud-based applications.\nProficiency in SQL querying, data analysis, troubleshooting, governance, and support of enterprise reporting, automation, and business application environments.\nResponsibility Allocation\n60% Hands-on Solution Development, Support & Continuous Improvement\n20% Solution Architecture & Technical Design\n10-15% Stakeholder Engagement, Requirements Gathering & Business Partnership\n 5-10% Governance, Standards, Knowledge Sharing & Technical Leadership\nApplicable only to applicants applying to a position in any location with pay disclosure requirements under state or local law:\nThe compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position.
