Drive the quality and effectiveness of major projects through robust design practices, proactive risk assessment, and well-defined contingency plans.\nAssess potential impacts associated with design changes, including defects and failure modes, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies to protect operational continuity, product quality, and business performance.\nSupport and deliver high-impact engineering projects aligned with business objectives. Maintain accountability for project scope, schedule, cost controls, and financial performance while providing accurate, timely, and transparent project updates to stakeholders.\nSupport facility and utility expansion, upgrade, and renovation projects throughout the project lifecycle, including scope development, planning, design, execution, turnover, and operational readiness.\nProvide technical leadership and guidance in facility and utility design, including HVAC systems, cleanroom classifications, and clean utilities. Ensure engineering solutions align with business needs, operational requirements, quality standards, and current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) expectations.\nPrioritize and manage competing demands by translating customer and business needs into clearly defined project scopes. Incorporate emerging technologies, industry trends, and continuous improvement opportunities into engineering strategies and solutions.\nDevelop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation packages, support audit-readiness initiatives, and present clear, accurate, and well-organized information during regulatory inspections and audits.\n Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or related field) + 2 years of relevant work experience OR Technical degree + 2 years of relevant work experience OR equivalent work experience in this discipline\nPreferred Qualifications\nBS Engineering Degree in Biomedical, Chemical or Mechanical is highly desirable.\n1+ years of experience in Large Capital Projects and Facility Upgrades, specializing in Clean Utility and HVAC Design is highly desirable.\nGMP experience in Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry highly desirable.\nExperience with the following software is desirable: AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Maximo, Revit.\n.\n Applicable only to applicants applying to a position in any location with pay disclosure requirements under state or local law:\nThe compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position.
