This is a Permanent position. The position reports directly to the Site Services Lead.\nIn this role you will manage the site facilities request process and act as the primary point of contact for the facilities works service provider.\nThis is an onsite role.\nYour responsibilities will be:\nOversee the pest control program and on-site service provider.\nManage the facility cleaning program and cleaning service provider across GMP and non-GMP areas, ensuring compliance with required standards.\nOversee canteen services and the on-site canteen service provider, ensuring catering services are delivered to the highest standard.\nPresent quality management reviews for GMP cleaning and pest control programs.\nAct as the site’s lead contact for internal, global, and regulatory audits relating to facility maintenance, pest control, and cleaning programs.\nManage grounds maintenance and landscaping, acting as the point of contact for the service provider.\nEnsure compliance with global and site engineering and quality policies and procedures.\nComply with all EHS policies and procedures.\nIdentify key metrics, develop dashboards for monthly reporting, and establish meaningful performance targets.\nConduct thorough incident investigations and ensure CAPAs are completed on time.\nSupport the site with product, process, and equipment validation where required.\nSelect, approve, coordinate, and continuously monitor external facilities contractors.\nEnsure energy life cycle analysis is considered in facility long-range planning.\nEnsure optimum performance of infrastructure supporting the site’s EPA licence.\nIssue management reports as required and within agreed timelines.\nManage budgets within target.\nEnsure safety standards are met and safe working practices are followed.\nImplement works in a continuous improvement environment.\nSupport the Engineering Team in ensuring the facility is maintained to the required legal, divisional, and corporate standards.\nLiaise with Global Engineering as required.\nNegotiate costs and drive quality and performance with external contractors\nAct as the site point of contact for security on site\nExecute small, security-focused projects as needed and lead security investigations as they arise\nWork with Global Security to ensure site security is maintained to the highest standards\nReview aging Maximo work orders to align with Global MEP metrics and ensure engineering work orders are compliant, complete, and supported by appropriate closure documentation.\nReview and address aging service requests in Maximo.\nGenerate E-achieve reports for completion dates and issue prompts to owners for required updates.\nGenerate Soltraqs reports for CPs, CP tasks, NCRs, CAPAs, and effectiveness checks; monitor completion dates and prompt owners for updates.\nSupport validation periodic reviews by providing reports for periodic review requirements and verifying PMs and CALs for validation protocols.\nManage office space and seating layout plans.\nUpdate the weekly planner for embedded contractor tasks.\nAct as 6S Champion in assigned work location.\nRaise GMP permits and update GMP permit procedures to document routine engineering task requirements where appropriate.\n What you will need:\nLevel 8 qualification in Engineering\nMinimum 3+ years’ experience in a cGMP environment\nMinimum 5+ years work experience\nExcellent communication skills\nAbility to work across multiple different departments\n AbbVie is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to operating with integrity, driving innovation, transforming lives and serving our community.
