Follow @abbvie on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X and YouTube.\n Key Responsibilities Include:\nHelp ensure the accuracy of worldwide consolidated inventory costs and inventory-related expenses.\nPerform costing analyses and identify key drivers of variances.\nMonitor robotic process automation (RPA) used for SAP margin-posting programs and verify the accuracy of margin billed and margin relief journal entries.\nPerform monthly analyses and reconciliations across margin reports to validate automated margin calculations.\nBased on reconciliation results, coordinate required changes to the deferred margin program with Business Technology Solutions (BTS), including testing reports and interfaces.\nPartner with cross-functional teams on processes and financial reporting to support complete, accurate, and timely results; understand monthly results and communicate issues to supported businesses.\nWork closely with affiliates and colleagues to resolve product- and SKU-level margin issues and help ensure that all product components are properly set up.\nPrepare month-end margin journal entries, including sweeping purchase price variance (PPV) and standard revaluation (SRV) amounts to the Intercompany Margin \"Delta Profit\" pool.\nResolve margin and costing inquiries from affiliates in a timely and accurate manner.\nCollaborate with the team to investigate and resolve variances identified in the monthly book-to-perpetual analysis by product for Intercompany Margin \"Delta Profit.\"\nSupport the annual planning process.\nPerform ad hoc analyses and support projects and process improvements as needed.\n Basic:\nBachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting preferred \nProficient Excel Skills required, experience with SAP preferred\nCost Accounting experience in manufacturing highly desirable along with experience in supply chain finance operations.\nStrong analytical, communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skills\nMinimum 2+ years of progressive and related experience.\n Applicable only to applicants applying to a position in any location with pay disclosure requirements under state or local law:\nThe compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position.
