Trains lower-level Technicians on more advanced tasks.\nResponsibilities\nAdhere to AbbVie’s code of conduct .\n\nMaintains the function of department assets to ensure reliable equipment and quality standards are met.\n\nAssists in root cause investigation and reliability centered maintenance analysis .\n\nCapable of training others on tasks.\n\nIs proficient in multiple skilled trade disciplines.\n\nIntermediate computer skills (MS Windows).\n\nFully proficient in their core function, performing advanced level tasks.\n\nAssist cross functional teams outside of the maintenance organization.\n\nSupports continuous improvement projects and safety initiatives within the maintenance organization and/or the site.\n\nUnderstands and follows all safety and GMP regulations.\n\nAssist cross functional teams outside of the maintenance organization.\n\nHS diploma or GED required.\n\n10+ yrs. experience or Relevant Certificate with 5+ yrs. experience or Associates technical degree with 3+ yrs. experience, or proficient in two or more skilled maintenance functions.\n\nElectrical experience with motors, controls, PLCs .\n\nCMRT (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician) or equivalent accreditation desired.\n\nKnowledge and ability to use advanced tools (i.e. machine tools, diagnostic tools, predictive tools).\n\nIntermediate computer skills (MS Windows).\n\n Applicable only to applicants applying to a position in any location with pay disclosure requirements under state or local law:\nThe compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position.
