This role manages the support team, executes communications to field and home office colleagues, and acts as the primary operational liaison between Franchise Teams, Commercial Operations, IT, Training, OEC, and Legal. This position reports to the Associate Director, Field Tools & Analytics.\nThis role is accountable for operational execution, field-facing liaison work, and day-to-day system management. Strategic direction, technology roadmap, and solution architecture are owned by the Associate Director.\nFranchise & Operations Management\nAct as Subject Matter Expert and day-to-day point of contact for Oncology field tools, supporting onboarding of new franchise teams, new hires, and field transfers.\nExecute weekly/monthly tool updates and partner with Targeting, IC Teams, and development teams on data methodology and enhancements.\nPartner with business stakeholders to review, discuss, and action system enhancement and process improvement requests.\nDay-to-Day System Management\nExecute design, deployment, training, communications, and ongoing management of field tools, data validation, and sales force analytics per the roadmap defined by the Associate Director.\nPartner with BTS, MABI, Field Training, and Franchise teams to deploy and maintain field-facing solutions.\nIdentify and recommend process improvements to streamline operations and reduce cycle time; escalate larger architectural or strategic decisions to the Associate Director.\nField & Internal Partner Liaison\nServe as the operational liaison between the field, Franchise Teams, Commercial Operations, IT, Training, OEC, and Legal.\nPresent at sales force team calls, support field meetings, facilitate focus groups, and demonstrate system capabilities to internal stakeholders.\nManage vendor partnerships on specific projects, including timelines, budget, and communications.\nCommunications & Training Execution\nIdentify training, education, and communication opportunities to drive system adoption.\nPartner with stakeholders to execute the deployment and communication approach defined by leadership.\nRelationship Management\nBuild and maintain relationships with Sales Directors, Analytics leadership, and Field Planning Analytics teams.\nEstablish credibility as a trusted operational partner with field sales management and functional support teams.\n BA/BS degree required.\nManager: Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, marketing/sales operations, or information technology, plus 3+ years of analytical or commercial operations experience (healthcare industry preferred).\nProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).\nPreferred knowledge of pharmaceutical industry, compliance regulations, and standards.\nPreferred Technical Skills\nSalesforce/Veeva CRM Proficiency - hands-on system administration and support experience.\nData Analytics Tools (Tableau, Power BI, QlikView) - hands-on report/dashboard building.\nSQL or equivalent database querying for day-to-day data requests.\nBasic Python/R knowledge for analysis support.\nCore Competencies\nOperational execution and project management\nCross-functional liaison and collaboration\nClear communication to field and senior stakeholders\nAttention to detail and process improvement\nAbility to manage multiple priorities with urgency\n Applicable only to applicants applying to a position in any location with pay disclosure requirements under state or local law:\nThe compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position.
