Follow @abbvie on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X and YouTube.\n This is our Compounding role, B2 Shift, 5:45pm-6:30am Wednesday - Friday & every other Saturday\nPerforms functions associated with cGMP manufacturing operations within the biologics production facility, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components and final materials. Uses sophisticated programs (such as LIMS, SAP, automated control systems, etc.) to collect and evaluate operating data, which can be used to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments or equipment. Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process.\nResponsibilities\nShipping finished materials.\nMaintaining inventory levels.\nSampling of in process and raw materials.\nRunning glass washer / autoclave.\nBuffer / media preparation.\nEquipment preparation (CIP / SIP).\nCell culture (from vial thaw to production scale).\nColumn chromatography.\nTangential flow filtration.\n High School diploma/GED\n2+ years experience (or equivalent experience). Associates degree in science, with 1+ years relevant experience. Bachelor's Degree with 0+ year relevant experience.\nAcquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks.\nWorks on assignments that are routine in nature, requiring limited judgment.\nHas the ability to recognize when accepted practices are deviated from.\nNormally receives detailed instructions on all work.\nWorks under close supervision.\n Applicable only to applicants applying to a position in any location with pay disclosure requirements under state or local law:\nThe compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position.
