This engineering professional will be skilled at working with little or no supervision, applies advanced scientific knowledge, engineering knowledge, mathematics, and ingenuity to complete complex assignments. Contributes to the development of new principles and concepts. Coordinates and supports successful execution of global program management using a project/portfolio management software solution. The ideal candidate will be coming from a Pharmaceutical manufacturing background.\nSome of your responsibilities will include:\nActs as the coordinator/administrator for the Program Management Software Solution\n\nSupport continuous improvement of program/project management standards, processes, and methodologies\n\nDevelop and report metrics and dashboards to track and display progress of programs/projects\n\nEnsures awareness of project/program status and issues. Develops and presents project/program updates in liaison with Global Program Management teams.\n\nCoordinates and tracks programs follow established standards.\n\nLeads coordination and execution of PMO processes and meetings by preparing agenda and reports to ensure awareness of project/program progress and issues of interest to the Global Program Management team.\n\nSupports department Long Range Plan (LRP) and Capital Plan submissions by analysing projects/programs for accuracy and detail. Ensures project/programs are gated in a project/portfolio management software solution.\n\nWrites project justifications (Request for Capital Expenditure)\n\nSupports other department continuous improvement initiatives\n\n A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, science, or closely related discipline is desired, or equivalent technical experience plus demonstrated competence, with a desired 5 years of significant engineering and/or operational experience.\n\nHas demonstrated excellence in breadth and depth within discipline and across disciplines.\n\nStrong Project Management skills.
