Follow @abbvie on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X and YouTube.\n The Process Improvement Technician is responsible for supporting production related duties such as review of logbooks, updating of DtoA and DtoA vault documents on Vault, generation and inputting of Maximo Production Schedule and supporting gamma irradiation of non-inventory stock.\nThis role is responsible for department change controls and continuous improvements within Core1 - generation of Change controls and actions on GTW, scheduling meetings and supporting implementation as required.\nco-ordinate, attend & actively participate in meetings to be aware of all tasks assigned to team members and help/support as required\nPartner with your peers to improve efficiencies, brainstorm and troubleshoot any issues that arise\nVault: generation, review, and approval of assigned documentation. Update to BU SOPs\nGTW: generation and tracking of records and Monitoring of Business Unit GTW records daily\nGeneration and inputting of monthly production schedule on Maximo\nChange control generation, support, and implementation of BU projects\nPreparation of gamma irradiated non-inventory stock\nCoordination and preparation of Risk assessments\nReview and control logbooks as required\nManage requirements to deliver project timelines as required.\nDemonstrate active support and involvement in Continuous Improvement initiatives to enhance the operation of the Biologics Business Unit\n Excellent communication skills\nAbility to use sound judgment to make effective decisions within appropriate timeframes\nProven to be self-directed, self-motivated and ability to prioritise competing priorities\nExcellent computer skills, competency in Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.\nExcellent planning, organizational, and time & relationship building skills.\nProficiency with Global Track wise, Maximo & One Vault is preferred\nUnderstanding of the requirements to work in a regulated GMP industry with knowledge of biologics operations an advantage\n AbbVie is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to operating with integrity, driving innovation, transforming lives and serving our community.
